I wish to introduce myself. My name is Herb Wensmann, I am the president of Wensmann Homes / Realty. As you are aware, I am currently in the preliminary process of developing the Carriage Hills Golf Course. I have recently visited the Carriage Hills Coalition website and am very impressed with your organization. It has always been my philosophy to involve the neighbors in new projects that will eventually affect the area surrounding them. Throughout my 35+ years developing neighborhoods I believe that the final products and layouts are always stronger with the input of the current residents. I would like to extend a personal invitation to you, and anyone visiting the Coalition’s website, to join my team and me in coming up with a win-win layout for everyone. I would ask that you please publicize my offer on your website. The best ideas and compromises come from a team of people with insight and opinions.
